The Yami buttering board is a part of the Yami kitchen collection made from carbonized ash wood with a bees wax finish. For maintenance the product can be treated with cooking oil and cleaning should be in hot water and detergent. Dishwasher use is not recommended. The burned scent from the wood will diminish with use.
